Jeong Ae Choi

Jeong Ae Choi talks to her daughter and grandson about how she came to marry her husband (their father and grandfather, respectively) after her mother met him through a matchmaker. Then, she goes on to describe her life with him in America, hearing about monumental events happening in Korea, like the Gwangju Uprising, from overseas, and eventually coming to own a laundry business.
